Well I have been in a 'house' for over a week now and I think I like it!
I sleep upstairs with everybody else and apart from sticking my head across the doorway sometimes it is all good. Stairs are not an issue anymore and I am particularly good at up.
I am still nervous at times - well many times during the day but only in little ways. I did get upset and ran out of the room when someone was shouting very loudly on tv - I thought they were talking to me.
I'm getting good at going through doors without a worry.
Foster Mum says we will probably be thinking about training the house or something like that but not properly until we have had the fireworks. I hate fireworks so I am very glad they haven't had any here yet.
I have done some playing - playbows to Millie and Dave although Dave did play once, he ignores me mostly - I think I was a bit too boisterous for him because he is an oldie. Millie did good playing but it diodn't last long because she said I was a bit too excited. They are both still my friends though and Dave will run a bit in the garden with me.
I did try barking and playing when foster dad got up this morning but foster mum said no - can't understand why she wanted me to be quiet a bit more.
I have discovered a nice wall to wipe my face.
I did get a bit excited out on a walk yesterday but I think it was Dave's fault - he said a big brown labrador dog wasn't nice so I decided to agree with him. We both did a bit of a dance and poor foster mum was a bit tired after that. Then just after we had a small dog keep standing looking at us so we went the other way. It's not nice to stand and stare like that especially when your owner is calling you back.We were all good though and continued on our way. There are so many things to learn - i haven't met many other dogs in my life so I 'm not sure. usually we don't meet any dogs on the walk at all but that will change next week with all the kiddies and dogs at the school so I might have to have my muzzle back on just in case.
